    As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Being a leader in driving the business forward to achieve sales metrics in addition to other key performance indicators
    • Creating an exceptional standard of service and education at all times
    • Successfully recruiting, hiring and training for all store positions
    • Leading and inspiring a team of talented individuals to drive the business forward
    • Managing and executing performance evaluations of full team
    • Developing a talent pipeline for further growth
    • Contributing to grassroots community marketing strategies and partnering with our marketing team to support the growth of the market
    • Upholding all aspects of inventory compliance and product maintenance
    • Managing store labour and scheduling effectively to maximize both the experience and profitability of the store
    • Executing and leading the customer experience seamlessly every day you are in store
    • Complying with government standards for inventory excellence and service requirements
    • Communicating effectively with your team and company leadership to offer feedback, ideation and cross-functional partnership
    • Establishing operational excellence for all aspects of the store business and escalating operational and technological matters as needed
    • Maintaining a well-merchandised and clean store in line with company standards in order to maximize the customer experience
    • Documenting and escalating any security and loss prevention issues
    • Ensuring all government standards are met for inventory excellence and service requirements

  • Community Marketing Manager

    Superette is looking for an experienced leader in the community and grassroots marketing space. This role is critical to establishing brand recognition in addition to cultivating curiosity and excitement directly in market. The role will also work closely with our retail leadership team to ensure all community initiatives directly support the retail business and drive results across multiple channels. Reporting into the Head of Retail you will be a brand champion and work cross-functionally with key leaders in other departments to support the community marketing strategy.

    As Community Marketing Manager, you will be directly responsible for: 

    • Establishing a strategic marketing plan to support the visibility within the communities of our retail store(s)
    • Creating influencer and community marketing campaign strategy to support traffic to retail store(s)
    • Oversee all community marketing requests from partners, neighbours and vendors
    • Development of talent pipeline for further growth
    • Hitting and maintaining KPIs as established with your leader
    • Contributing to grassroots community marketing strategy and partnering with our community marketing team to support the growth of the market(s)
    • Partner closely with retail leaders to create relevant, on-brand events and experiences
    • Execute and lead the customer experience
    • Evaluate success of events and curated experiences by leveraging sales data and other established measures of performance
    • Creating partners in the community for special events and curated experiences to grow the brand
    • Support in establishing store opening events and retail milestones with our community
    • Prioritize requests for events and experiences based on budget and market

  • Inventory Manager

    Superette is looking for an experienced and talented Inventory Manager to spearhead inventory management systems that support store efficiency as well as to oversee and build out the e-commerce fulfillment channel. Reporting into the General Manager, you will join the leadership team within the retail environment and own all aspects of inventory management in order to comply with government regulations, support the maximization of store sales and ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce fulfillment.

    As Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Building out and maintaining inventory operations to support efficiency in store and for e-commerce orders
    • Establish KPIs and key deliverables for your inventory team that best supports the store team as well as e-commerce business
    • Creating e-commerce fulfillment process that exceeds customer expectations
    • Ensure all inventory operations and management meet government standards for inventory excellence and service requirements
    • Overseeing a small team of inventory specialists to support the maintenance of inventory operations
    • Coach, develop build a strong team of A-Players
    • Communicating inventory needs to the General Manager and with Home Office
    • Organize and establish inventory count rhythms and communicate the results to key business partners to ensure success

     Inventory Manager Qualifications:

    • Minimum three years work experience in inventory management ideally within a retail or sales environment
    • Natural leader and team player
    • Proven ability to spot talent and develop others
    • Experience in building out an efficient warehouse environment ideally with a growing retailer or consumer packaged goods business
    • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, replenishing product orders and shipping product orders
    • Detail oriented

    • Proven track record of maintaining and managing inventory levels with the highest integrity
